Dr. Ryan Slaughter, DC
Chiropractor, Owner
Throughout his education, Dr. Ryan Slaughter has taken a focused interest in rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries. Even from a young age, one of his favorite hobbies involved being around sports and being active. His interest in Sports Medicine was first sparked in high school when a Sports Chiropractic Physician resolved his chronic knee pain. After only a few treatments, the years of pain from old injuries was gone, his performance was improved, and his recovery time was shortened.
After this experience, he knew he wanted to pursue a career helping injured athletes who found themselves in similar situations. Dr. Ryan graduated from San Diego State University in 2010 with his B.S. degree in Kinesiology, emphasis in Physical Therapy. Soon after, he went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, San Jose where he proudly received his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2014. Throughout his academic career at Palmer, he was an active member of Sports Council volunteering at various high-profile sporting events including Sea Otter Classic and the Susan G. Komen 3-Day.

As a California native, Dr. Ryan enjoys being active, going to the beach, snowboarding, playing volleyball, camping and playing the guitar. Participating and watching sports of all kinds is a lifelong interest for him as well as rooting on his local Bay Area and San Diego teams.
